Every good question deserves a real answer. Here are the most curious questions children ask about the Prophets — answered! 💛

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told us that Adam was 60 cubits tall — which is very, very tall! But this was part of how Allah created people at the very beginning of time.
Allah made different things different ways at different times. Just like the very first tree was not the same as every tree that grew after it. Over many, many generations, human height gradually became what it is today. Allah is the one who decides how everything is created — and whatever He decides is exactly right.
The amazing thing is not how tall Adam was — it is that from one person, Allah made billions of people, all different and all beautiful! 🌍
When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ went on the Night Journey through the heavens, he met Adam ﷺ in the first heaven! Adam was there watching over the souls of his children — laughing with joy when he saw the people going to Jannah, and crying when he looked the other way.
So we know that Adam ﷺ is in the heavens. The Prophets are alive in a special way that only Allah fully knows — better than our life here but different from Jannah. As for Hawwa, Allah knows best where she is — and He is the best Guardian of all.
The Quran tells us there was a specific tree that Allah said not to eat from — but Allah did not tell us what kind of tree it was. Scholars have discussed it, but since Allah did not name it, we should not guess or make up an answer.
What matters most is the lesson — Allah gave a clear instruction and Shaytan tried to make them forget it. The type of tree is not the important part. Obeying Allah is the important part. 💛
He did know it was wrong! His brother Habil even warned him clearly. But jealousy is one of the most dangerous feelings — when it grows in a heart and is not stopped, it can make a person do terrible things.
This is why the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ warned us about jealousy. It was the very first thing that caused harm on Earth. The cure is to be happy for others, be grateful for what you have, and remember that Allah gives to everyone what is best for them.
Habil on the other hand had a pure heart — he was not jealous at all — and that is why Allah accepted his gift. A clean heart is the most precious thing! 💚
This is a wonderful question! The early people of this Earth lived much, much longer than we do today. Scholars say that this was one of the ways Allah arranged things in the beginning of human history — longer lives for the early Prophets meant they had more time to call their people to Allah.
Over many generations, human lifespans became shorter. Allah controls how long every single person lives — not one moment more, not one moment less. Our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told us that the average age of his Ummah is between 60 and 70 years.
But here is the beautiful thing — even a short life filled with goodness and worship is worth more to Allah than a thousand years of heedlessness. It is not how long we live — it is how well we live! ⭐
The Quran tells us that Allah commanded the earth to swallow its water and the sky to stop, and that the Ark rested on Mount Judi. The full details of how far the flood spread are not something we can be fully certain about — scholars have different views and Allah knows best.
What is certain is that it was a very great punishment sent to a specific people who refused to listen to Nuh for 950 years, and that Nuh and the believers were completely protected. The miracle is not the size of the flood — the miracle is that Allah saved every believer! 🛡️
This is such a fun question! The Quran says Allah commanded Nuh to take a pair from every species — and the Ark was built by the command of Allah. When Allah commands something, the "how" always works out perfectly.
Some scholars say the animals may have been young and smaller, or that the Ark was far larger than we imagine, or that Allah made it possible in a way that goes beyond our normal understanding. We do not need to know exactly how it worked — we know that Allah made it happen, and that is enough! 🚢
Allah said to the fire: "Be cool and safe for Ibrahim!" — so it was cool AND safe. This means it was not harmful at all. Whether Ibrahim felt pleasantly warm, gently cool, or perfectly comfortable — Allah knows best what he experienced.
What we know is that he came out completely unharmed — not a hair on him was touched. The people who had thrown him in were the ones who were shocked and confused! This was a miracle to show everyone the truth. When Allah protects someone, even fire becomes a garden of safety! 🌸
Ibrahim ﷺ loved Hajar and Ismail deeply — leaving them was the hardest thing he ever did. But Allah had commanded him to do it, and the Prophets obey Allah completely even when it is very, very hard.
Hajar herself understood this. When she asked Ibrahim: "Did Allah tell you to do this?" and he nodded yes — she said bravely: "Then Allah will not leave us alone." She was absolutely right. Allah sent water — the blessed Zamzam — and made Makkah into the greatest city on Earth. What looked like hardship was actually the beginning of something magnificent.
This teaches us that when something is hard but it is for Allah — trust Him completely. The outcome is always better than we could imagine. 💧
Yes — and what makes the story so powerful is that both Ibrahim and Ismail were willing. Ismail said to his father: "Do what Allah has told you — you will find me patient, inshAllah!"
It was not cruelty — it was the deepest love for Allah possible. Ibrahim ﷺ loved his son more than anything in this world. The test was whether he loved Allah even more. And he did. And so did Ismail.
But Allah never intended for Ismail to be harmed — the test was of the heart. When Allah saw their complete submission, He called out to stop Ibrahim and sent a ram from Jannah instead. This is why we celebrate Eid ul-Adha — to remember this extraordinary love for Allah. 🎉
This is exactly what Sarah herself asked! She could not believe it either — she said: "I am an old woman and my husband is old — how can this be?!"
The angels replied with words that every Muslim should keep in their heart: "Are you surprised at Allah's plan? The mercy of Allah and His blessings are upon this house!"
Allah created the whole universe from nothing. He created Adam without any parents at all. He created Isa without a father. For Allah, nothing is ever impossible. The normal rules of how things work are rules that Allah created — and He can do whatever He wills, whenever He wills it! ✨
The ability to interpret dreams — ta'beer al-ru'ya — was a special gift Allah gave to Yusuf ﷺ. It was a miracle, not a skill anyone can learn. Allah gives special gifts to His Prophets that are beyond what normal people can do.
Ordinary dreams are mostly from our own thoughts and experiences. But sometimes Allah sends a true dream — especially to Prophets — that contains a real message. Only Allah knows which dreams have meaning and which do not.
If you have a good dream, say Alhamdulillah and you can share it with someone you love. If it is a bad dream, say A'udhu billah and do not tell anyone — the Prophet ﷺ taught us this! 🌙
This is one of the most beautiful things in the whole Quran. Yusuf ﷺ could forgive because through all his years of difficulty, he never stopped seeing the bigger picture — that Allah was always in control and always had a plan.
He even said at the end: "My Lord is kind to whoever He wills — He is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise." He understood that everything that happened — the well, the slavery, the prison — was all part of Allah's plan leading to something magnificent.
When we truly believe that Allah is in control of everything, it becomes easier to forgive — because we know that nothing happens without His knowledge and wisdom. That is the secret of Yusuf's heart. 💚
Miracles are by definition things that go beyond the normal laws of nature — and that is exactly the point! Allah created the laws of nature, so He can set them aside whenever He chooses.
The sea splitting was a miracle — not a natural event that we need to explain scientifically. It happened because Allah commanded it to happen through Musa striking the water with his staff. Science describes how the world usually works. Miracles are what happens when Allah wills something different.
The real question is not "how" — but "why?" And the answer is beautiful: to save the believers and to show everyone the truth. Allah always has the most perfect reasons! 💛
It was a real, living snake — not a trick! The Quran makes this very clear. The magicians' staffs and ropes only looked like snakes through illusion and clever tricks. That is why the Quran says Musa's snake swallowed up everything they produced.
The magicians themselves knew the difference immediately — they were experts at tricks! When they saw Musa's miracle, they recognised straight away that this was real and not a trick. That is why they fell in prostration and said: "We believe in the Lord of Musa and Harun!"
The best experts in the room knew it was real. That is one of the most powerful proofs that this was a true miracle from Allah! 🌟
When Musa asked to see Allah, and the mountain crumbled to dust — that shows us something important: our world, our bodies, and our eyes are not made to see Allah directly in this life. It is not that Allah is hiding — it is that we are not yet ready.
Think of it this way — you cannot look directly at the sun even though it is always there. Not because the sun is hiding, but because your eyes are not made for it. In Jannah, believers will be given the ability to see Allah — and the Prophet ﷺ said it will be the greatest joy, greater than any gift of Jannah.
So it is actually the most amazing thing to look forward to! Every prayer, every good deed, every day of patience — all of it is leading towards that most beautiful moment. 💛
The 50 prayers were what was first commanded — and every one of them is beloved to Allah. But Musa ﷺ had experience with his people and knew how hard it could be for humans to maintain something consistently. Out of his great love for the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ, he kept encouraging the Prophet ﷺ to ask for a reduction.
Allah accepted and reduced the prayers to 5 — but each prayer counts as 10 in reward! So we get the reward of 50 while praying only 5. This is Allah's mercy and generosity.
The 5 daily prayers are not a burden — they are the greatest gift, a direct line to Allah five times every single day. No other religion has this! 🌟
This is one of the most important stories in the Quran — and your question is exactly the point of the story! Even Musa ﷺ, one of the greatest Prophets, was troubled by this!
Al-Khidr explained: the boy was going to cause terrible harm to his believing parents — and Allah, in His knowledge of what was going to happen, chose to protect the parents. Al-Khidr said clearly: "I did none of this on my own — it was all Allah's mercy."
Allah knows everything — what happened, what is happening, and what will happen. We only see a tiny piece of the picture. Something that looks completely wrong to us may be mercy in a way we cannot see.
This is why we say: we trust Allah's wisdom even when we do not understand. He always sees the full picture — we never do. 💛
The Quran answers this beautifully! Allah says: "The example of Isa in the sight of Allah is like the example of Adam — He created him from clay and then said to him: Be! And he was."
Adam was created without any parents at all — no mother and no father. If Allah can create a person without any parents, He can certainly create a person with one parent! It is even easier, not harder.
Isa was created by Allah's command — one word: Be! — and he came into existence. This is a miracle, not something biology can explain. It was Allah showing people the signs of His power. 🕊️
Yes! The Quran is very clear: "They did not kill him and they did not crucify him — rather Allah raised him up to Himself!" Isa ﷺ is alive right now in the heavens — a living Prophet who has not yet died.
He will come back to Earth before the Last Day — the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ told us this clearly. When he returns, everyone will recognise the truth.
This is something unique to Isa ﷺ — he is the only Prophet who is alive in the heavens and will return to Earth. Muslims love him deeply and are looking forward to his return! 💛
The people Isa ﷺ brought back to life were brought back temporarily — by Allah's permission — as a sign and a miracle. They were still in this world, and would eventually pass away as every person does.
Death is one of the things Allah has written for every living being — the Quran says: "Every soul shall taste death." Miracles are signs from Allah, not a change to how this world works permanently.
The true life that never ends is the life after death — and Isa's miracles were meant to point people towards that truth: that Allah has complete power over life and death, and that there IS a life after this one! 🌟
Yes — and this is one of the greatest miracles of Islam! The Quran says clearly: "Glory be to the One who took His servant on a night journey from Al-Masjid Al-Haram to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa."
In the morning, the Prophet ﷺ told the Quraysh what had happened. They tried to say he was lying — so he described Masjid Al-Aqsa in perfect detail, including things he had never seen before. His description was completely accurate.
For Allah, distance means nothing. He created space itself — He can move His Messenger however He wills. The Night Journey shows us that the rules of the universe do not limit Allah — and they do not limit those He chooses to honour! ✨
Yes, they were real! The Quran confirms that Allah sent angels to help at Badr. Some companions reported seeing and hearing things during the battle that could not be explained by normal means — a feeling of strength and support beyond what their small number could produce.
Angels are real — we cannot normally see them, but they are always around us. At Badr, Allah allowed them to be present in a way that helped the believers in the battle.
And Allah reminded the Muslims afterwards: "You did not kill them — Allah killed them!" The victory was always from Allah — the angels were His means of helping. 💪
This question made even the companions cry! When he passed away, Umar ﷺ could not accept it. But Abu Bakr ﷺ stood up and said the most important words: "Whoever worshipped Muhammad — Muhammad has died. But whoever worships Allah — Allah never dies!"
The Prophet ﷺ himself was told in the Quran: "Indeed you will die, and indeed they will die." Death is something Allah has decreed for every soul — even the most beloved of all Prophets. This is part of the test of this world.
But here is the beautiful truth — the Prophet ﷺ is not gone. His Quran is with us. His Sunnah is with us. And on the Day of Judgement, he will intercede for his Ummah. He is the most caring of all Prophets for us — even now! 💛
What a thoughtful question! Each Prophet was sent to a specific people, in a specific time and place, with the same core message — worship Allah alone — but delivered in the way that people of that time and place could understand.
Allah is the Most Merciful. He did not leave any people without a guide. Every community received a Prophet who spoke their language, understood their culture, and came from among them.
The final Prophet — Muhammad ﷺ — was sent to all people for all time, with a message and a book that is preserved unchanged. This is why no more Prophets are needed — the Quran is the final, complete, and perfectly preserved guidance for all of humanity forever! 📖
The miracles of the Prophets were given for a specific reason — to prove to people that these Prophets were truly sent by Allah. People in those times needed to see something extraordinary to believe.
But we actually have something even greater — the Quran! It is the greatest miracle of all, and unlike all the other miracles which ended when the Prophet's life ended, the Quran is still here, unchanged, after 1,400 years. It is our living miracle.
And actually — look around you! The sun, the moon, the stars, your own heartbeat, the fact that you can read and think and feel — these are all signs from Allah. The whole universe is full of miracles! 🌍
This is one of the saddest things in all of history. The Quran mentions it too — even Fir'awn saw nine clear signs and still refused. The people of 'Aad saw Hud standing before them with the truth and still laughed.
The reason is that belief requires a willing heart. Miracles are a sign — but they cannot force a heart to open. A person can see the most amazing thing and still choose to say "no" if their pride, or love of this world, or habit is too strong.
This is why the most important thing is not just seeing — it is choosing to have an open, humble heart. That is what made the magicians of Fir'awn fall in prostration the moment they saw the truth. Their hearts were open — and that changed everything! 💛
Yes! All the Prophets of Allah are in the best of places. On the Night Journey, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ met them in the heavens — Adam in the first heaven, then the others in each heaven above. They were all there, honoured and in peace.
The Prophets are the most beloved people to Allah — they gave their entire lives to calling people to Him, they endured great hardship with patience, and they were chosen by Allah Himself. Of course they are in the highest places.
And the beautiful hope is that if we love them, follow them, and ask Allah to be with them — inshAllah we will see them all one day! That is something worth working hard for every single day! 🌟
This is the most beautiful question of all! And the answer is woven through every single story in these books.
Look at what every Prophet had: trust in Allah, honesty, patience, kindness, and never giving up. Not one of them had these things perfectly from the start — they grew, they tried, they kept going.
Start with the small things. Tell the truth — even when it is hard. Be kind — even when you are tired. Pray — even when it is just a few words. Say Alhamdulillah when good things happen. Say HasbunAllah when things are hard.
Allah loves the person who keeps trying. You do not have to be perfect. You just have to keep turning back to Him — just like every single Prophet did. And that is enough to begin. 💛
Curiosity is a gift from Allah. The very first word of the Quran was READ — a command to learn, to ask, to explore, and to think.
Every question you ask about Allah and His Prophets is a step closer to Him. Never stop wondering. Never stop asking. And always remember — Allah knows, and He is always near.
