Nuh ﷺ was a Prophet for a very, very long time — 950 years! Every day he told his people: Worship only Allah!
He tried talking to them together. He tried talking to them one by one. He tried being loud. He tried being quiet. He tried every way he could think of!
His people had idols called Wadd, Suwa, Yaghuth, Ya'uq, and Nasr. Nuh told them to stop worshipping these false gods. But they put their fingers in their ears and turned away! Even so — Nuh never gave up. 💪
Nuh never gave up for 950 years! When things are hard and people do not listen, stay patient. Allah sees everything! 💪
Allah told Nuh to build a very big boat called an Ark. The people walked past and laughed at him. But Nuh kept building!
When the boat was done, Allah said: Take your family on board, and a pair of every animal, and the people who believe!
Then the sky opened with rain and water came up from the ground. A great flood started! But Nuh and everyone on the Ark were safe. Allah kept them safe! 🕊️
When Allah tells us to do something, we do it — even if other people laugh at us. Obeying Allah always keeps us safe! 🚢
Nuh had a son who did not believe. When the flood came, Nuh called out to him: My son! Come with us! Do not stay with the people who do not believe!
But his son said: I will climb a mountain — it will keep me safe!
Nuh said: Nothing can keep you safe from Allah today — except Allah's mercy!
The waves came between them. Nuh called to Allah: My Lord! My son is from my family! Allah replied: He is not from your family — he did bad deeds. Nuh accepted Allah's words with full trust in Him.
Being related to a good person is not enough. What matters is what YOU believe and what YOU do! 💛
When the flood was over, Allah said: O Earth — swallow your water! O sky — stop! And it all stopped!
The big boat came to rest on a mountain called Judi.
Then Allah said: O Nuh! Come down in peace from Us! Blessings are on you and on the people with you!
Everything started again fresh and new. 🌱
After every storm and every hard time — Allah brings peace and a new beginning. 🌈
When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ went up through the heavens on the blessed Night Journey, he met Prophet Nuh ﷺ in the second heaven!
Nuh said warmly: Welcome, O righteous brother and righteous Prophet!
Allah gives Nuh a very special name in the Quran — Shakur — which means very grateful. To be called grateful by Allah is one of the most beautiful things!
Say thank you to Allah every day — when you eat, when you wake up, when good things happen. That is the way of Prophet Nuh! 🙏
Nuh called his people for 950 years and never gave up. He built the Ark and Allah saved him and the believers. Allah called Nuh a very grateful servant — Shakur. That is one of the most beautiful things Allah can say about anyone.
