Idris ﷺ was a Prophet who came after Adam. Allah says two wonderful things about Idris in the Quran. He was siddiq — that means he always told the truth. And he was a Prophet.
Allah also says Idris was patient and good. Allah admitted him into His mercy. Being called truthful and good by Allah Himself is the greatest thing anyone could ever hear!
The best things anyone can be are truthful and patient. Allah praised Idris for these two things. Let us work on them every day! ✨
Allah gave Idris something very special. The Quran says: We raised him to a high place.
When Prophet Muhammad ﷺ went up through the heavens on the Night Journey, he met Idris ﷺ in the fourth heaven! Idris said: Welcome, O righteous brother and righteous Prophet!
Idris is in the Quran forever as one of the best people who ever lived. That is what you get for being truthful and good!
When we are honest and do our best for Allah, He raises us up! Try your very best every day! 🌟
